It’s nice to greet you, as you know I love to share quality information so that it serves as tools to improve your life and what better way than to dare good books and movies that provide you with some learning and that is not just entertainment.

As you have read in the previous topics that I share in this blog with great affection, investing in your personal growth is of the utmost importance, since everything that enters our minds enters our world and generates our present reality. That is why I am very insistent that you take care of what you read, listen to and see during the day, since our unconscious does not make a distinction between what is real and what is imaginary, it takes it as something literal.
That is why you must be very careful in what you are seeing, hearing and feeling, whether you want it or not, it generates an emotion of well-being or discomfort depending on what you are perceiving with your senses and this in turn generates that you connect with some experience that you had at some stage of your life, which also generates certain thoughts, certain internal dialogues
and this causes you to have a high vibration or a low vibration.

So avoid:
-Listening, watching or reading news with content (violence, shortages, tragic)
-Avoid spending so much time in contact with people who are constantly complaining.
-Avoid watching movies, series or novels that are violent, dramatic or that are only causing you discomfort.

Implement:
-Readings that contribute to your personal growth.
-Listen and watch movies or lectures on specific topics that help you achieve better results.
-Meet with people who contribute to you, who encourage you, who help you grow as a person, who inspire you to have great goals.
-Attend events that generate a change of mood, that generate well-being.
